What are the delivery times?

Your order will be shipped on average within 48 hours. Delivery will take on average between 10 to 15 working days.

Are there any color differences compared to the photos?

There may be slight color differences due to lighting and placement of the product in the photo. The quality of the carpets is not the least as indicated in the product description regarding the material composition.

How do returns and refunds work?

You can return your package up to 30 days after receipt. We will refund you, exchange it or offer you another product with the possibility of a discount if you wish. Do not hesitate to contact us for details on our address contact@sajda-paris.com

What should I do if I haven't received my tracking number?

⚠️ Read carefully:

If you have not received your tracking number:

  • To know : 2 automatic emails will be sent to you after your order. - The order confirmation email (sent immediately after ordering) - The shipping confirmation email (sent as soon as the package is shipped).
  • If you have not received either of these two emails, remember to check your spam, and remember to check the email address with which you placed the order (there could be an error in your address).
  • Finally, if you have received the order confirmation, but not the shipping confirmation, then this is a slight delay on our part for which we apologize. We do our best to ensure that your packages are shipped within 48 hours.

How come there are wrinkles on my carpet?

When preparing your packages, the mats are folded for logistical reasons and to guarantee free delivery, the mats must be folded and packaged. But don't worry, the creases will disappear over time when you lay the carpet flat. If you want to speed up the process, you can iron on low heat to relax the carpet. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
