Step 1: Your order is being prepared.
We received your order. Our logistics teams prepare your package and its tracking number so that everything is ready!
This stage lasts approximately between 24 and 48 hours.
Step 2: Your order is shipped.

48 hours after your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Keep it carefully, because it will allow you to track your package throughout its transport.

If you have not received your tracking number:
- Please note: 2 automatic emails will be sent to you after your order. -The order confirmation email (sent immediately after ordering) -The shipping confirmation email (sent as soon as the package is shipped).
